Walkway Solutions are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Kopu office. The position is currently 25-30 hours per week but will need to have the flexibility to work outside of these hours should there be a requirement during busy times. The ideal applicant will have experience in the following areas:

• Health & Safety
• Overall bookkeeping and administration for the Business
• Fleet and machinery management
• Systemising

As the Office Administrator, you will be the person who others turn to, to get things done, therefore you will need to be able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills. You will need to show initiative and a can-do attitude as well as a drive and willingness to learn new things.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide support to the team within the company. Accuracy and efficiency is paramount in our company; therefore, you must be focused and professional at all times.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Customer service (Phones/Reception/Emails)
• Processing Accounts Payable invoices
• Health & Safety Administration
• Monitoring & scheduling fleet maintenance
• Marketing, managing the website and Facebook page
• General administration duties
• Provide general support to our Team
